Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our little ones, the following items cannot be returned once opened: feeding accessories, pacifiers, and other hygiene-related products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
