Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Items must be free from damage not caused by us
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
